Ryanair Overcharges Despite Having a Ticket with Luggage from Bratislava to Dalaman

I recently booked a flight with Ryanair from Bratislava to Dalaman, including luggage. However, when I arrived at the gate, I was told that I had to pay an additional €46 to board, despite showing my ticket. They ignored my explanation and threatened that if I didn't make the payment within two minutes, the gates would close. Feeling pressured, I had no choice but to pay. Unfortunately, there’s no one available to address this issue, either in Turkey or elsewhere.
