Ryanair Flight FR3628 Baggage Fee Dispute: Request for Refund of €70 Charged for Carry-On

On June 29, 2024, I flew with Ryanair on flight FR3628 from Lisbon to Seville. Despite having the right to a carry-on bag, I was charged €70 for one of my two identical suitcases. The staff treated me poorly during this interaction. One employee informed me that the carry-on bag I paid for would be placed under the plane, while another staff member said there was no issue with taking it on board, yet they still collected the fee.
Three days later, on July 2, 2024, I flew with Ryanair flight FR1000 from Valencia to Rome without any issues. I would like to request a refund of the €70 that was wrongly charged in Lisbon.
