No Response from Pegasus Airlines for Damaged Luggage Claim After 20 Days
On my Pegasus Airlines flight from Amsterdam to Sabiha on October 6, 2024, I received my luggage with a broken wheel. When I reported the issue, I was told to fill out a damage report and was assured that the luggage damage would be compensated. It has now been 20 days, and I still haven’t received any response or follow-up regarding my claim. I’ve also been unable to reach customer service to get any updates.
This delay and lack of communication are incredibly frustrating. I request an immediate update and resolution to my claim for the damaged luggage. I expect Pegasus to handle this matter with urgency and provide the compensation I am owed.
