I Face Delayed Compensation From Air Albania After Flight ZB1017 Cancellation

On July 25, 2024, I was scheduled to fly on Air Albania flight ZB1017. However, due to a technical malfunction, I was denied boarding and forced to wait two extra days before I could finally travel. Following this major disruption, I submitted all the necessary documents to claim compensation. On August 9, I was informed that my payment of €250 would be processed as soon as possible.

Despite this assurance, a significant amount of time has passed and the compensation has still not been deposited into my account. I have sent multiple follow-up emails, but each time I only received the vague response that my claim is “with accounting,” with no actual progress made. Even though I provided my full bank account details, I have not received any transfer confirmation or payment.

I am demanding immediate payment of the delayed €250 compensation as well as additional reimbursement for the hardship and inconvenience I endured. I request that Air Albania settle this matter without further delay and resolve my grievance fairly.
