Ruul.io Delayed My Freelance Payments and Customer Support Was Unhelpful

I recently began handling my freelancing payments via https://ruul.io/, and the experience has not been quite flawless. Although the platform claims to be a simple approach for billing and payment handling, I have run across various problems. Several times my payments have been delayed, and there is no clear schedule or justification for correction. This has seriously disrupted my cash flow, hence challenging financial planning. Customer assistance is almost tough to acquire; when I do receive a reply, it is evasive and useless. Ruul.io was the tool I used to simplify my freelancing work, but rather it made an already difficult process more stressful. Should these problems not be resolved soon, I am questioning whether I should keep using the site.
