Incompetent Gate.io Customer Service and Withdrawal Issues – No Support Provided

I’m facing serious issues with Gate.io’s customer service. Not only are the representatives unhelpful, but they also seem clueless about solving even the simplest problems. I can’t even access the app, and when I try to reach out, they rush to end the conversation without providing any real solution. They don't respond to emails either. Depositing money is smooth, but when it comes to withdrawals, the platform makes it incredibly difficult. I’m stuck waiting helplessly, and it’s frustrating. I’m extremely dissatisfied with Gate.io and demand immediate action to fix these issues and provide the support I deserve.
