TransferGo Issues With Recipient Details And App Glitches

I signed up for your money transfer service because it seemed like the perfect solution for sending cash overseas. It was advertised as simple and efficient, but my recent experience was anything but super slow and problematic…so, I went through the whole registration process, verified my ID, and then got all excited to send some money. But then things went downhill fast. The app wouldn't save the recipient's details no matter how many times I entered them! It kept glitching out and forcing me to start over. It was like ten times more complicated than "as easy as it gets," which is what they claim in the ads. This whole process took way longer than it should have, and it was incredibly frustrating. There's more to the story though... but I don’t have that much time as I need to go find another wiring help!
