Delayed Payments and Poor Support on Otelz Platform
Unfortunately, my experience with the Otelz platform has been extremely disappointing. Payments are not processed on time, and this issue is not unique to me; many other users seem to be facing the same problem. It’s shocking that such a large company struggles with such a fundamental process.
What’s even more frustrating is the inability to reach the customer representative assigned to us. Our calls go unanswered, and there is no one to address our concerns. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable.
Other platforms we’ve worked with have never caused such issues. If these problems persist, we are seriously considering ending our business relationship with Otelz. Immediate improvements to the payment process and customer support are essential to regain trust. Without changes, we, like many others, will move to alternative platforms.
There was no response to my call, and I am waiting for my money. Send my money already!
You haven't sent my money to Halene! I called you 5 times, and each time you stall me by saying you're sending it. This is not a professional company at all; they are victimizing people!
I'm very surprised; my money hasn't arrived yet! I will immediately cancel my hotel reservation with you!
