Royal Mail Tracking Not Working for My Etsy Order—Package Lost

It has been 18 days since I ordered a product from Etsy, and it still hasn’t arrived. The seller initially said that if the package didn’t arrive within 30 days, they would contact the shipping company—but now they’re not responding at all. The tracking number provided doesn’t show any updates, and I can’t track the shipment through Royal Mail either. There’s no information available about where my package currently is.
