I Face Non-Delivery Issue with Shein Clothing Order and No Response from Courier

On September 7, 2025, I placed an order on Shein (Order No: #GSO1C429W006E0P) containing five different clothing items. Nearly a month has passed, and my package has still not been delivered. The tracking shows “delivery failed”, and I have received two separate emails from Shein instructing me to contact Pal Delivery. However, there is no way to reach the courier, and none of my emails to them have received a response.
I also contacted Shein customer service to lodge a complaint and request a resolution. Their reply stated that a failed delivery is “not an issue” and that delivery could take up to seven days. They once again asked me to contact Pal Delivery, even though I had already explained that I could not reach them. Now, the tracking status has been stuck for weeks at “awaiting sender’s instruction – undelivered” with no progress.
I expect Shein to immediately intervene, ensure my package is delivered without further delay, and improve communication between the company and its delivery partners. A month is far too long to leave a customer without their order or clear updates.
