Royal Mail and Parcelforce Keep Passing Responsibility for My Lost Package

February 5, 2024 10:55 PM11

On June 19, 2023, I ordered nearly 30 collectible envelopes and one special stamp from the Royal Mail Online Shop. However, when I try to track the shipment, it redirects me to another site—Parcelforce—which displays the message “We cannot determine the status of your item.”

I initially submitted 2–3 complaint forms, but since no resolution was provided, I even reached out via Twitter. Unfortunately, both companies keep passing responsibility back and forth, and neither has offered a solution.

For context, my name is Y.G., and I placed my order on June 19 through Royal Mail’s online shop. On June 30, I received an email stating that my order would arrive within 2–3 days, yet it’s been nearly a month and the package has still not been delivered. I cannot track it through Parcelforce, and I am requesting an immediate resolution to this issue.
