If your Royal Mail tracking hasn't changed in days, make sure you're using the right tracking number on the official Track Your Item page or app and try again later. Some services only update at certain times and can stay silent while they're moving.
It's common for tracking delays to happen because there aren't many checks on services like Tracked 24/48, processing takes a long time, or systems update slowly. This doesn't mean the package is lost, though.
On economy services, Royal Mail sometimes doesn't show that a package is moving until it gets to a sorting center or is scanned for delivery. Because of this, waiting 24 to 48 hours can clear up the "stuck" state.
