I ordered a 10kg bag of Royal Canin Sterilised cat food from Pets Pati, but the package arrived torn and damaged. The color of the kibble looked unusually shiny, which immediately raised concerns. The sender was listed as "BTI E-Ticaret Lojistik", which I had never heard of before.
When I contacted Pets Pati to report that my cat refused to eat the food, they asked me to send a video as proof. I did exactly that, showing how my cat ignored this food but ate another brand out of hunger. Even stray cats wouldn’t touch it, which is alarming!
Now, they are telling me I should have returned it within 15 days, but that window has already passed. I wasted ₺2300 on food that is clearly not right! This experience is a warning to all pet owners—be careful where you buy from. I expect Pets Pati to take responsibility and issue a refund or replacement. Selling questionable pet food is unacceptable!
