On September 29, 2024, I ordered a 10 kg bag of Royal Canin Sterilised cat food from Epttavm. When it arrived, I noticed the food pieces were smaller than usual, though my cat initially ate it. However, by the third day, my cat completely stopped eating and showed severe health issues. After a vet visit, it was found that his intestines were blocked with hard, nut-sized formations, likely caused by this food. The packaging also seemed different from previous bags I’ve purchased, raising concerns that this might be a counterfeit product. To make matters worse, no invoice was provided, either in the delivery package or electronically. If this issue isn’t addressed promptly and my purchase refunded, I will be forced to file a legal complaint.
