I purchased a 10 kg bag of Farmina ND cat food for ₺2850, and the package arrived within two days. However, the shipment was poorly handled, sent in just its original packaging with no additional protection. When I opened the bag, the food was a mix of uneven sizes, with much of it reduced to dust.
I contacted the seller, who dismissed my concerns, blaming shipping and stating that opened products couldn’t be returned or exchanged. Trendyol advised me to return the item for inspection, but no resolution has been provided so far.
This experience is unacceptable. I trusted Farmina for my pet’s nutrition, and I now demand a replacement or refund to resolve this issue promptly.
