Rowenta Vacuum Head Wheels Came Off and Hose Broke
The wheels on the vacuum head of our Rowenta Compact Force Cyclonic RO7845 900W bagless vacuum cleaner have come off, and the connecting hose has also torn apart. We have been dealing with this issue since March 13, 2023, and have been unable to use the vacuum efficiently for a long time.
When we contacted customer service about the issue, we were told that we needed to take the product to an authorized service center. However, we do not consider it acceptable for parts to break apart and deteriorate like this after owning the product for such a relatively short period of time. We expected durability and long-lasting performance from a brand like Rowenta, so this situation has been very disappointing.
We request that the damage and breakage to the vacuum head and connecting hose be evaluated under warranty and repaired free of charge, or that the affected parts be replaced if necessary. Otherwise, we ask that the product be recognized as defective and that an appropriate solution be provided. We kindly request that our inconvenience be resolved as soon as possible.
