In 2023, we purchased a Dyson V15 cordless vacuum cleaner directly from Dyson’s official website. From the very first day, the suction power was weak, and the motor would shut off on its own while the vacuum was running.
These problems continued consistently, and we were never able to use the product properly. Despite calling Dyson customer service multiple times, no concrete solution was provided. About one week before the warranty expired, I contacted customer service again, but once more, no resolution was offered.
After the warranty period ended, I called again and was told that the issue might be related to the cleaner head. A new head was sent to us. However, even after replacing the head, the suction power problem and the motor shutting off continued exactly as before.
I use the product in Batıkent, Ankara, and since the issue is clearly related to the motor, I am no longer requesting temporary fixes or minor repairs. I am requesting a full motor replacement.
Given that I reported this issue multiple times during the warranty period, I expect the matter to be permanently resolved without any additional charges.
