Due to our trust in the Dyson brand, we chose many electronic products for our home, and on 21.06.2023 I purchased the Dyson V15 Detect vacuum cleaner. However, the hose on the Fluffy Optic head has torn, there is excessive looseness at the connection points of the body, and the Motorbar part shows a noticeable decrease in suction power. I have always cleaned and used the product exactly as recommended by Dyson, and I am certain this is not user error. After noticing these problems, I contacted Dyson customer service by phone, and a video call was conducted to review the issues I experienced. Although they acknowledged it was a manufacturing defect, since the warranty period is two years and it had expired by only three months, I was offered only a paid repair option. My order number is 7001230253. Considering I have kept my product very clean and it was clearly stated that the problems are manufacturing-related, I do not accept being charged simply because the warranty expired by a small margin. I request that Dyson resolve these issues free of charge.

Do you know what Dyson's solution is after saying they will handle the issue with sensitivity and pretending to care about all customers here? Nothing has changed, what did you expect, they responded with a paid repair. The response they gave as supposedly a very big company is like a joke. Shame.
