eFootball Account Recovery Request for ID shawnstacia1213

I play Konami eFootball on mobile and my account with the in‑game/Konami ID name “shawnstacia1213” was compromised. This morning the email address linked to my account was changed without my permission and since then I have completely lost access. When I try to log in and transfer my data, I receive a “Cannot Transfer Data / Data transfer failed” error message and cannot get into my account. I request that my eFootball account “shawnstacia1213” be recovered and the email address and access be returned to me as the rightful owner. I kindly ask for your urgent help to secure the account, investigate the unauthorized email change and restore my full access as soon as possible. ALSO when i tried to reset my password it is saying that my orginal email address is no longer registered please help
