I've been using my Rowenta Silence Force 6120 vacuum without any issues for 10 years. After ten years, the wheels on my head broke. I thought it was just normal wear and tear, so I ended up spending 750₺ last year on a new set of wheels for my head. But, after only 7 months, the brush at the top is not working properly. It sucks up dirt even when set to clean the wooden floor, but the brush gets pulled in and ends up scratching the floor. The service said that the warranty for the part is only valid for 6 months. I called the company's hotline and explained my situation, and they gave me the same response. It's not normal for the head to break so quickly. They're asking for 1200₺ for a new one. I hope Tefal-Rowenta responds positively.
