Rowenta RO7244EA Vacuum Hose Tearing Problem Unresolved
I have been using my Rowenta Extreme Power Cyclonic RO7244EA vacuum cleaner with a torn hose located beneath the head for about six months. Through my research, I discovered that many other customers have experienced the same issue, and I believe this is a chronic problem with the product. The fact that this part tears in a way that cannot be explained by user error indicates that Rowenta should take responsibility for this defect.
Although my warranty expired about a year ago, I expect Rowenta to offer its customers a solution such as a free or low-cost replacement part or product exchange, given that this is a recurring manufacturing issue. Otherwise, this situation will likely damage trust in the brand and lead to an increase in negative customer feedback.
I request a prompt and customer-oriented solution from the brand to resolve this issue.
