Rowenta Cordless Vacuum Only Lasts Three Years Before Breaking Down!
We bought your cordless vacuum cleaner from Media Markt in January 2021. Just a few weeks ago, the vacuum stopped working before it was even 3 years old. We brought it to an authorized service center, and they said there were problems with the battery and the head, asking for a huge 2,500₺ to fix them.
We purchased the product for 899₺, thinking it was a high-quality item like Rowenta. But, in less than three years, it ended up costing as much to fix as it did to buy in the first place. It's ridiculous to think that people should have to purchase a brand new vacuum cleaner every 2-3 years. It's hard to believe that they would release a product that doesn't last very long.
