Karcher RCV3 Robot Vacuum Ongoing Mapping Issues Despite Multiple Service Attempts

On October 21, 2023, I purchased a Karcher RCV3 robot vacuum from Media Markt for ₺14,000. For the past three months, the device has had serious problems with mapping and cleaning functions, and the issue occurs during every cleaning attempt, making the product unusable. I have already sent the vacuum twice to the Istanbul service center, but both times it was returned with vague reports such as “part replaced and pictures checked,” claiming there was no problem. The issues, however, were never resolved. When I contacted customer service to request a replacement or refund, I was told that “the decision belongs to the service,” but the service has provided no real solution either. Today, I had to open another service request while my frustration continues. The device is still under warranty, and I live in Denizli. My invoice number is 7D42023000036858. I demand either a product replacement or a full refund, and I request that my grievance be resolved immediately.
