Hello, on October 4, 2023, I purchased the EUFC81DB model vacuum cleaner from Media Markt. Recently, I've encountered a problem where the lock on the nozzle head fails to hold. While using the product, the lock disengages, causing the head to rotate freely. I sent the product to the Media Markt authorized service center, and Kalben Teknik Istanbul claimed it was a user error and demanded a ₺850 fee for repairs. Despite urgency, I paid the fee. However, the representative at the time of purchase failed to mention this issue. Even though I opted for additional insurance, I'm still being charged. Initially, I was pleased with the product, which I bought seven months ago, as it performed well. However, its performance has declined, and it no longer stands out from basic brands, diminishing my satisfaction. I request a replacement or refund for the product, as well as a refund for the fee paid for the nozzle repair.
