Dyson Refused to Replace Defective  V11 Absolute Extra Vacuum

Hello, the Dyson V11 Absolute Extra cordless vacuum I bought from Media Markt on 01.08.2021 broke down and was sent to service through Media Markt. The warranty expired in August 2023, but we had extra insurance from Media Markt. They told me that the vacuum couldn't be fixed, and they decided to write it off. They said they could give back 70% of the money you paid for it. Why can't you find parts and fix a device that was purchased only two years ago? Dyson doesn't support their product that can't be fixed and tells customers to go to Media Markt. Media Markt takes our money by offering extra insurance, but when it comes to replacing products covered by the insurance, they refuse to do so. I asked for my product back, and I'm going to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. Today, they want to give me a refund that is less than what I paid two years ago for a product that now costs 16,000 TL. This is really unfair and doesn't match the company's reputation.

Hello, I was called by the Dyson call center and they told me that they couldn't do anything. They said that since I bought the product from Media Markt, I need to resolve it with Media Markt as they couldn't access the service information. So, I'm asking, if you can't repair a product that was purchased 2 years ago, and if there are no parts available, who is responsible for this? By the way, there has been no response from Media Markt at all. Taking extra money from people under the name of insurance and then saying that they will pay 70% of the product's value after 2 years because there are no parts available, which corporate company does this suit and what does it mean, I can't write here.
