Rossmann Canceled My Order Without Informing Me or Issuing a Refund

While waiting for the delivery of my order RSO100856525 placed with Rossmann on November 7, 2024, I noticed that the order status had been changed to canceled. Despite an invoice being issued for the order, Rossmann canceled it, likely because some products were unavailable. While this is understandable, the following issues are not: first, if you are canceling the order, why is it so difficult to inform me of this? There was no communication about the cancellation at all. Second, if the order is canceled, why has my payment not been refunded? This lack of customer care is unacceptable. I am not questioning the value Rossmann places on its customers, but I urge the company to address such oversights. This complaint is intended to ensure that a company employing thousands of people recognizes the impact of such negligence on its customers and takes corrective actions. I hope this issue prompts the necessary improvements.
