Consistently Receiving Damaged Coffee Orders From Rossmann




I frequently order coffee from Rossmann, but whenever I place an online order, they always send me crushed, vacuum-sealed packages. There is no possibility of damage during shipping, as I have attached photos showing that the boxes are intact. It seems the packing staff think they are clever enough to assume that the recipient won't return the damaged items. However, I have returned the products twice, and despite paying for shipping, nothing has changed.
Additionally, there was a product that was out of stock, and they told me it was refunded to my card, but that refund never occurred. If you cannot manage online orders properly, I suggest increasing the number of physical stores instead.
The search results indicate that Rossmann has been working on improving their supply chain and customer service processes, but issues with online orders and product quality continue to be a concern for some customers.
