Rossmann Online Order Address Invalid Error - Customer ID Blocked

Since June, I’ve been trying to place an order on Rossmann’s online store, but at the final stage, I keep receiving an error message saying “your delivery address is invalid.” Despite trying three different addresses saved in my account—all belonging to me—the system rejects them each time. The issue persists even after selecting my billing address. Today, I also started receiving a warning that my customer number is invalid. I’ve called customer service multiple times, and although they said a report was created, when I called again today, they told me there was no record of it. I’ve also sent emails but received no solution. My addresses are correct and belong to me, and I don’t want to try a different one as I don’t want my order sent to the wrong place. I also can’t delete or re-add my addresses, nor do I wish to delete my account. I request that this technical issue be fixed, that I receive a response, and that a solution be provided so I can complete my order smoothly. I also want to be informed about the cause of the issue and the steps taken to resolve it.
