I Face Account and Order Access Issues With Rossmann

I created an account on Rossmann and placed an order, but I accidentally entered the wrong email address during registration. Now I am completely unable to access my order details or track its status. I immediately called customer service, expecting a quick resolution, but was told—without any urgency or empathy—that I needed to wait 3 full days for a solution. I also emailed support and received the same response: “Wait 3 days.”

I cannot understand why, in today’s digital age, a simple email correction tied to my verified phone number and personal ID cannot be resolved within minutes. This is a basic customer service function that any modern brand should handle swiftly. Instead, Rossmann seems completely incapable of providing timely support.

My order is time-sensitive, and Rossmann’s slow and ineffective service has caused me both frustration and inconvenience. I demand an immediate resolution: update my email address and give me access to my order without further delay. If Rossmann cannot provide essential customer service, it seriously damages its brand reputation. Take action now to fix this issue and prevent similar situations for other customers.
