Roborock S7 Robot Vacuum Sensor Failure and Lack of Support

I bought a Roborock S7 robot vacuum from Teknosa, and the warranty is still valid. The lidar sensor, on the other hand, failed. I forwarded it to the service center via Teknosa. The service center, to my surprise, demanded 1500 TL for the repair, claiming that a component had short-circuited. This product is always plugged in and has never had a power outage, so how could it short-circuit? I contacted Teknosa in the hopes of finding a solution, but they said there was nothing they could do. It's disappointing that a large corporation like Teknosa will not stand behind the products it sells. I'm left feeling frustrated and let down. This experience has caused me to question the quality of Teknosa's service and support. When you invest in a product and expect the retailer to back it up, it's disheartening to find such a lack of accountability.
