I bought a Roborock S7 vacuum cleaner on June 18, 2022. On January 25, 2022, the vacuum started to spin on its own axis out of the blue. I contacted Roborock through Gmail, and after a month, I sent it to the Genpa service center in Kadikoy, Turkey. After 20 days, the product was sent back to me without being fixed, and I was charged for the time it was there. Right now, I'm filing a complaint with the consumer arbitration board because Roborock is making me sad. Their level of care and service is terrible compared to Dyson, who is a leader in this field. The way they have treated me as a customer and made me feel like a victim is really awful.
