Since the product is older, its warranty period has already expired, and I have not yet contacted Roborock customer service about this issue. I request detailed support and guidance on how to fix this fault, as the device has become completely unusable. A product of this caliber should not fail in such a critical way, and I expect Roborock to provide a reliable solution or service path.
