Roborock Saros 10 Sensor Malfunction And Mapping Error After Purchase

Roborock Saros 10 Sensor Malfunction And Mapping Error After Purchase
November 7, 2025 7:33 PM115

I purchased the Roborock Saros 10 model robot vacuum cleaner from Teknosa. Less than a month after the purchase, I began experiencing sensor problems. The device does not go to the rooms and areas I marked on the map; instead, it vacuums random locations on its own. Additionally, it only used the original solution during the first use. Since then, it has not used it at all and did not display any warning, even though the solution tank is still full. I have photos and videos that prove these issues. I sent the product to the Roborock company through Teknosa, but I was informed that no issues were found during testing and that the device is functioning properly. However, the device’s Lidar sensor is visibly scratched, and it was returned to me in that condition. Although the product is still under warranty, I feel that my concerns have been ignored. The product continues to show the same errors and does not work properly. I request that the product be considered defective, and I would like a refund or a replacement. My invoice number is: Ccd2025000000439. I kindly request that this issue be resolved.
