My Roborock Vacuum Cleaner from Trendyol Failed in 3 Months and I’m Being Blamed
I am quite unsatisfied with the wet dry vacuum cleaner I bought from Trendyol. Before the three-month mark, the vacuum cleaner abruptly quit operating. On 12.08, I took it to the Beylikdüzü Zirve Authorized Service, and subsequently received a call from 533 *****85, who informed me that water had spilled into the motor and that I had operated the vacuum cleaner on the Extreme setting, which allegedly caused the motor to burn out. They told me that the motor needed to be replaced for ₺3800. I'd like to emphasize that I've never used the vacuum cleaner on the Extreme setting. I have always used the product carefully, following all instructions, and I believe it is unjust to be blamed for a condition that I did not cause. I request an urgent resolution to this issue because I believe the product is flawed. Please address this situation without assigning responsibility to the customer.
