My Roborock V8 Ultra Water Leakage Problem

I bought the Roborock v8 Ultra model vacuum cleaner from the official seller on Hepsiburada about 2 months ago. I have been having water leakage problems constantly since the first day I bought the device. Due to this problem, I contacted customer service three times, and the device went to technical service three times. We sent the device to the technical service and when we first sent it, the product was sent back to us with the wrong buckets. The device was delivered with buckets that did not belong to us, and we immediately stated this; however, despite this, it was not accepted and our problem was not solved. Each time, the technical service stated that there was no problem with the device and sent the product back to me. However, when we tested the device after receiving it, we observed that the water leakage problem continued. In addition, even though we proved that there was a problem with the product with videos and reported it to the authorized service, Every time we sent it, we were told that it was "normal" in the same way, and our victimization continues. Our device is only 2 months old and under warranty, no fee was charged during this period. However, we request that the mağduriyet we experienced be resolved and the device be replaced by Roborock.
