I purchased my Roborock Q8 Max Pro from Hepsiburada. While using the device, I suddenly encountered a reset error, which happened for the first time. To fix the problem, I tried resetting the device, but the error persisted, and it stopped working properly.

Right after that, I contacted both Roborock and Hepsiburada customer service, but no service request has been created yet, and no solution has been provided so far. My product is still under warranty, and I’m requesting that it be repaired.

I expect immediate support and resolution for this issue.
