Roborock S8 Not Working Despite Warranty Repairs

I bought the Roborock S8 model from Hepsiburada a few months ago, and Hepsiburada was the seller. I've had to send the product to the warranty service twice, but unfortunately, I haven't had the opportunity to use it yet. The product was thoroughly inspected and found to be in perfect working condition. Detailed notes were provided to confirm its stability. Unfortunately, the product continues to malfunction, and I have reached the point where I no longer wish to handle it. I would prefer a refund instead of having it repaired. This is a substantial investment, valued at thousands of ₺, and unfortunately, I am unable to utilize it. The situation is incredibly disheartening.
