I purchased the Roborock H7 cordless vacuum from MediaMarkt last year and have been using it for just about 12 months. Unfortunately, several of the vacuum’s plastic parts have broken during this time—not due to misuse, but because the materials are clearly cheap and fragile.
Wanting to repair the vacuum, I searched online and tried to contact Recci Teknoloji, Roborock’s official distributor in Turkey. The response I received was honestly insulting: they said the parts I need are not in stock, and they have no idea when or if they’ll be available—maybe in a few months, they said casually.
So I’m left with a broken vacuum, no way to fix it, and a so-called premium brand that’s clearly not prepared to support its customers. Even MediaMarkt, who sold me the product, has done nothing to help after the sale.
At this point, I’ve decided Roborock will never again enter my home, and I plan to pursue legal action for selling a product that becomes unusable after such a short period of time. I expected far better from a global brand. Please take customer service seriously and ensure spare parts are available—that’s the bare minimum!
