Rinbuy Order Marked Delivered But Sent To Wrong ZIP Code

I placed an order for medical scrubs from Rinbuy with order number RINBUY260201030700241. According to the tracking information, the shipment with tracking number XY2387348609YQ is shown as delivered on 2026-03-06 at 16:08:42 in Houston 77012, but I have not received any package at my address. The ZIP code shown in the delivery information (77012) is not my ZIP code, which clearly indicates that the parcel was delivered to a different address. Despite the system stating that the parcel has been delivered, I have not received the order, nor has anyone at my address signed for or accepted any delivery. I contacted Rinbuy customer service several times to report that the package had not arrived. In response, I was told that Rinbuy is a global direct sales website, that delivery time may be longer due to distance, and that they will monitor the shipping progress, which does not address the fact that the order is already marked as delivered in their system at an incorrect ZIP code. The order continues to appear as delivered even though I never received it. I am left without the medical scrubs I paid for, and the standard response I have been given does not resolve the issue or clarify where my package actually is. I request that Rinbuy provide a full refund for order RINBUY260201030700241 and also send a replacement of the same medical scrubs to my correct address with expedited shipping, along with clear proof of delivery for the new shipment.
