I Didn’t Receive My Alo Yoga Legging Despite Tracking Showing It Was Delivered
I ordered a pair of leggings from Alo Yoga, and after waiting nearly a month for it to ship, I was shocked to see that the package was marked “delivered” on May 30—even though I never received it. The tracking number is JZHY89939930675, and the shipment was made via Track718. I checked their tracking system, which stated that the issue lies with the seller, not the shipping provider. I confirmed with my neighbors—no one received my parcel on my behalf.
This situation is incredibly frustrating. I tried to treat myself with a high-end product and ended up disappointed. I was already patient during the long wait, but now I’m left with no product and no resolution. I don’t understand how a delivery can be marked complete without a signature or confirmation.
Alo Yoga, I’m urging you to take responsibility. I trusted your brand with my money, and I received nothing in return. Please look into this immediately, replace my missing item, or issue a refund. I shouldn’t have to chase down what I rightfully paid for.
