I Ordered from aloyoga.com.tr but Never Received My Package

A month ago, I placed an order through aloyoga.com.tr with order number [#941738746399075705]. I received a shipping confirmation and a tracking link soon after, which made the transaction seem legitimate at first. But now, after an entire month, the tracking page claims the order was "delivered"—yet I never received anything.

This feels like a deliberate scam wrapped in a professional-looking website. There’s no customer service phone number, and emails go unanswered. Neither Alo Yoga Türkiye nor the official Alo Yoga global site has responded to my concerns. It's as if they’re washing their hands of the issue.

Even the tracking site appears fake, providing vague responses through a chatbot. When I asked for help, the bot just told me to file a complaint if I suspected fraud. That’s not customer service—that’s a scripted deflection.

I expect immediate action. This situation is completely unacceptable, and if I don’t receive a real resolution soon, I will escalate this through legal channels. I want my product or a full refund in ₺. This kind of shady e-commerce operation needs to be shut down before more people are defrauded.
