I Face Non-Delivery Of My iHerb.com Order Despite Doctor’s Prescription

On July 7, 2023, I placed an order from iHerb.com, order number 2967414804, for products prescribed by my doctor. The total cost was paid at the time of purchase. It has now been over a month and a half, and I have yet to receive my order. This delay has caused serious problems for my health, as I urgently needed these products for my treatment.
Previously, I had successfully received an order from iHerb.com within 20 days, but this time, there has been no delivery and no notification about the reason for the delay. I have tried to find contact information but could not reach any support or customer service representative.
This situation has not only affected my health but also caused financial and emotional stress. I kindly request that my order be delivered immediately or my payment be refunded without further delay. I also request an apology for the inconvenience caused and better communication from your side in the future.
