Resumaker.ai charged my card without my knowledge or authorization. I never approved any payment, nor did I receive any notice or confirmation about a renewal or transaction. I was shocked to see the charge on my account and have absolutely no idea how this company managed to withdraw money without my consent.
I have not used the service, nor did I initiate or confirm any payment. I want this unauthorized transaction reversed immediately. If I don’t receive a prompt refund, I will escalate this matter to consumer protection authorities without hesitation.
