Resumaker.ai Unexpected Subscription Charge and Refund Denied

On 20.01.2026, I was unexpectedly charged 650 KČ by Resumaker.ai via their website for a subscription renewal that I neither approved nor knowingly authorized. I did not clearly see any information that I would be charged this amount, and I consider this renewal and charge to be unfair and misleading. On the same day that I noticed the charge, I tried to cancel the subscription on the Resumaker.ai website, but the option to cancel was very difficult to find and not clearly visible. Despite my immediate attempt to stop the service, the money had already been taken from my account. I contacted Resumaker.ai support at suppo**@resumaker.ai and requested a refund of the 650 KČ, but they refused to return my money. I feel that I have been charged without clear consent and that my refund request has not been handled fairly. I request that the 650 KČ charged to me on 20.01.2026 be fully refunded and that my subscription be cancelled so that no further payments are taken from my account.
