Resumaker.ai and its CV-building service have withdrawn a total of PHP 1,199.00 from my bank account last Sept 10, 2025—without my knowledge or consent. I only intended to make a one-time payment of PHP 49.00 last Aug 13, 2025, which I did up front. However, after that initial payment, the system seems to have created a subscription without my explicit approval. At no point did I receive a confirmation email, a consent code, or even a notice of any kind about being subscribed. I didn’t authorize recurring payments, and I only found out after checking my bank statement and noticing the multiple unexpected withdrawals. To make things worse, there is no visible option to cancel the subscription, and I haven’t been able to get in touch with any support agent. I am requesting a full refund of the unauthorized PHP 1,199.00 and immediate cancellation of this unapproved subscription. Resumaker.ai must stop billing users without consent.
