Renault Failed to Fix Steering and Seat Problems on My 2023 Trafic 5 Plus 1

I am the owner of a 2023 Renault Trafic 5+1 with license plate 34 GSS 5**. The vehicle makes a whining noise when turning the steering wheel, and a creaking sound comes from the driver’s seat. On 27/10/2023, the lower frame of the driver's seat was replaced under warranty at the authorised Service. However, the noises did not stop. I visited the authorised service three more times for the same issue. They claimed the problem was fixed and returned the vehicle to me, but nothing was resolved. I then took the vehicle to another authorized service. Their consultant, M**** K****, said the previous service had made incorrect interventions, damaging the seat mechanism and cover, and therefore refused to perform any further repairs. Renault customer service has been of no help whatsoever. They claim the seat was serviced externally, even though I only took the vehicle to those two authorized service centers during the warranty period. Neither of services has resolved the issues, and they keep blaming each other. I deeply regret buying the Renault Trafic Grand Comfort 5+1.
