My 2022 Renault Express Joy van has a problem with how it was made. The rear shocks are making noise. When the noise started, the car was going 100 km/h. I took it to the Cetas dealership in Izmir and bought it there. After looking at it, they said the shocks needed to be changed. I left after the right side was changed. The noise did start up again the next day, though. After setting up a time to come back, the other side was replaced this time. After a week, I went back because the noise was still there. They said the car would stay for a few days. When they checked it out, they didn't find anything, but they said it didn't make any noise. When I drove it, there was no noise at all. But the noise came back the next day on my way to work. I was angry and frustrated, but I couldn't go back because I was too busy. I'm not happy with the car. Now that it's time for maintenance, I'll go back and say what I think. A lot of people have the same complaints, and I don't get why Renault can't look into this and fix the problem. I will go back to the service center because I have already been there four times. I might take the necessary paperwork to the consumer arbitration board and file a lawsuit for a defective product if there is no solution. The car has been replaced twice because it was said to be broken, but the noise is still there. How many times have we taken it to the service center? They keep sending it back and forth with no fix. They say they fixed it, but it's still the same.
