Renault Clio Engine Mount Issue - Recurring Noise, Warranty Refusal

I own a 2022 Renault Clio Joy. I previously experienced the same engine mount issue with my 2019 and 2020 Clio models, and when the part was replaced, the noise completely disappeared. I encountered the same problem again with my current 2022 model, and the engine mount was replaced under warranty about 12,000 km ago. After the replacement, the noise stopped for a while, but it has now returned even louder than before. I reported this issue to the authorized Renault service center and the company’s headquarters. They told me that this is now considered a normal condition for Renault vehicles and related to the car’s operating principle, and they closed the matter. However, the noise persists and gets worse when the car is cold. I believe this is a chronic issue, and I do not accept that the brand is placing the burden of the problem on the customer. I have been a Renault owner for seven years, and I find it unacceptable that the brand does not stand behind its product or provide a proper solution. Although my vehicle is still under warranty, they now refuse to replace the part. I also spoke with the Trabzon HSC dealership, which stated that the matter is related to Renault headquarters and did not assist me. I request that the part be replaced again free of charge under warranty.
