I got stranded on the road with my Renault Captur 1.2 2013 model last year. About ten months ago, I bought this second-hand Captur semi-automatic car in Kayseri, and I faced an alarming "Check Gearbox" warning, with the vehicle refusing to shift into reverse. After waiting around ten minutes and restarting the car, it resumed normal operation. However, the same issue recurred when I attempted to park the car a few days later. Again, after about half an hour, everything returned to normal.
Upon research, I discovered that this problem is chronic in Renault models. Had I known this, I would never have purchased this car. I've been driving for about a decade, and this is the first time I've encountered such a situation. I've found myself in a difficult position twice because of this issue.
I call upon Renault officials to find a solution to this problem. According to my research, similar issues exist in other Renault models, leading me to believe that this problem is intentionally created upon releasing the vehicles to market. If Renault fails to respond to me, I will seek legal action.
