My 2012 Renault Fluence is equipped with an automatic transmission. I bought it used, and the previous owner, like me, had it serviced at authorized dealerships. However, there is a persistent problem with these vehicles, and no one seems to care. When the weather is hot, several warning lights illuminate, indicating exhaust, gearbox, and hill start support issues. I was promised a callback and instructed to bring the vehicle to the service center for inspection. But I've already had it checked, and they simply charge me for the service without offering a solution. The warning lights continue to flash, and the problem remains unresolved. Renault is a reputable company, and I am confident that they will assist in this matter. These vehicles should be recalled, or at the very least, the chronic problem should be acknowledged and affected customers compensated. If Renault does not address this issue, I will take legal action. I adore my car, and I have faith in Renault's ability to find a solution. Please contact me with a genuine resolution, or I will be forced to pursue other options to protect my rights. We appreciate your prompt and constructive assistance.
